Aquabike or Aquagym sessions

The muscular effort required to operate the pedals in the water, this works the muscles in depth while protecting the joints and the back. Pedaling in water causes natural drainage, with the water massaging your buttocks, calves and thighs. Exercise significantly improves your blood circulation and promotes venous return. One session burns around 300 calories.

The result: a slimmer waist, firmer buttocks and more shapely legs.
